Depends on the size of the lot. A double wide home needs a larger lot than a single wide. The rent includes water, sewer, garbage pickup. Since you are are not owners of the land you also have no property taxes. The roads in the park are plowed of snow. This is an adult living community for those over 55 years of age. So therefore there are people working different shifts with contractors and businesses.

Yes there are empty lots but I am not sure if you can only put new homes in or if they take used homes. We bought our home already in the park. Hope this helps.
