Any person who doesn't understand that a local pizza shop can only fulfill so many orders at a time is not worth having as a customer. I'm sure the place will just shut down if she buys her pizza somewhere else. Every neighborhood pizza shop takes the phone off the hook when they get too busy. Only a complete narcissist would take that personal. Writes a review like that and then has the nerve to show up there. Drive somewhere else. Who cares?

Outstanding pizza...but the Dalton location has the worst customer service ever. Phone is always admittedly taken off the hook for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. So if your looking forward to it for dinner you may want to plan on driving there to place your order then waiting the additional 30 minutes while they decide they then have to/need to make it. Not sure if they are just hoping the people who call to get a constant busy signal will just make other plans for dinner or if they just dont want the business altogether. Either way it's a terrible inconvenience for their customers. Get it together Kraus'..Your customer service should be as excellent as your pizza **Update**after placing an order today I went to pick up. While waiting I was told by the owner "I am lucky they are selling to me". When I repeated what he said as a question...he said "well..since you think we dont do anything but sit around". Trust me..after tonight's dinner...I'll be driving from Wooster to Navarre and I will give them my weekly patronage. If you dont want customers to give you crummy reviews..then perhaps you shouldn't take your phone of the hook weekly for an hour at a time. Simply answering it and advising customers that your on an hour wait or so would suffice. Furthermore, you really should shy away from confronting someone in such an unprofessional manner. NEVER again will I spend money at this establishment.
