I just talked to Tha cab company about rates,I have not ever used this service, but what I was told they charge you from the time they leave where they are at as opposed to what better cab companies do, they start charging the time your in that cab only...

This cab is very expensive. I wanted to drive 4 minutes up the street and got charged $20 that is ridiculous. Plus the lady is rude.

The driver was 45 minutes pate to pick up my employee from the job site, with it being cold we left the doors open later so he could have some heat. When I called to see if there was maybe an accident or road closed causing a delay, and the person was very rude telling me he's short on drivers and they will get there when they get there...however I called at 9am to see about getting him picked up at 4pm when we closed up, and they wouldn't do it. They only take calls as they come in
