No matter how often I go they are always helpful and able to meet my needs. Only thing is the ups system doesn’t allow my packages to be diverted there.

They do not have notary service despite their website allowing you to make an appointment for notary services at this exact location. I made an appointment using their online appointment scheduler for this location only to show up and be told they no longer have a notary. They told me they cannot update the website to accurately reflect the services they do provide at this location. Whatever services you want, don't trust the website, assume they don't do it and look somewhere else.

I am a college student and I had a horrible fiasco with my package delivery at this UPS location! A woman working at the store scheduled an unavailable date for my package pickup (which caused me to have them picked up a week later than I wanted). Then the store owner, (Alfred?) forgot to pickup my packages on the scheduled time so I had to call and remind him (he was almost 2 hrs LATE). He told me the wrong estimated delivery date, making my packages come AFTER my move in day. Although the store manager apologized on the phone for this series of mistakes he still did not seem entirely receptive to the fact that this was indeed his fault. The only nice and helpful employee there was the store manager Alex who provided me with a discount for my inconvenience. I DO NOT suggest using this location due to its disorganization. I may consider returning if I am personally helped by Alex, who seems to be the only person there that knows what they are doing.
