The staff is very rude, they always have a smart comment. Their facial expressions while talking you make you feel less then, they screwed up my Benifits 3 months in a row. The office is small and some stuff is out dated

Everyone knows that has ever been on wic what a complete nightmare the offices can be. Not to mention how rude the staff acts. Well I'm here to tell you this is not the case with the horizon office , I'm overwhelmed with how nice and accommodating the front office staff was the girls were un unbelievably welcoming . As well as everyone I came in contact with. I'm so thankful to be able to have help(wic) as raising a family with a single income can be rough but I'm so blessed to have found an office that doesn't make you feel like your a low class citizen. Thank you ladies so much I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience today.
