I have know idea live in KLAMATH falls we don't have that store here
Check out my reviews and you will find write ups on at least a half dozen lakes for fishing. September the smaller lakes won't be any good, fish the bigger deeper lakes.
Quite some time ago they did not, that may have changed but try the RV or off road shops like American Marine and RV. Sorry they're closed sundays, you'll need your flag also if you don't have it.
