Place has been slow in the past but on this occasion, they were very efficient. Order to receiving food was less than 5 minutes. Staff at window was nice and I had no overall concerns. Update: July 2022 - Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a large order/meal box. I decided to go in and order to avoid holding up the drive thru line. The store was clean and tidy and so no concerns there. Staff taking order was difficult to hear and while filling the order, they didn't seem to be in any hurry. Food seemed to be fresh even though it was to go. Overall, it took a while to get the food but the service was not horrible.

I travel from NC to VA very often. Usually I stop here to grab a bite to eat. The food has always been good! But I went this morning got no response after waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes I double checked their hours. They were open. I pulled up to the window and I saw the manager walking in the parking lot I tried to get her attention a few times “ma’am!” She just yelled at me “SEVEN OCLOCK” and walked away. Didn’t look at me or say anything else. She was beyond rude. Will not be back.

Food was great. Customer service was terrible. My roommate went in to grab a bite to eat for us and got yelled at by the staff when they messed up his order. I understand that everywhere is short staffed, but yelling at customers isn't okay.
