This wasn’t my first time going to a Texas Roadhouse but it was my first time going to this location. Me and my kids loved it!!! The food was amazing and the whole vibe was too. The staff is beyond sweet. I had waitresses who wasn’t even waiting on us stopping and talking playing with the kids.. asking were we okay. FAST service. I’ll definitely be back!

Placed a “curbside to go” order. 1 bacon cheeseburger with bacon/cheese steak fries 2 house salads 1 appetizer combo 1cactus blossom Order on the app and the order would be ready to pickup at 747pm. I arrived at 755pm and checked in. Sat for 45 minutes waiting on my order. Waitress that was coming to the cars for pickup said pet of the order was ready, still waiting on the kitchen to finish. At 840pm went into the restaurant to demand my food. Finally received my order. Got home and all my food was cold and no cactus blossom. No apologies from the manager that finally brought my food to me. Sadly this is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience with this restaurant. Will not be coming back.

Yummy!! Texas Roadhouse of Greenville does it best. The shrimp is always cooked to perfection. The broccoli is perfectly seasoned. The taters are always delicious and seasoned just right!! Of course I can't forget the BEST PART- THEM ROLLS!!! ME AND MY BOYFRIEND LOVE SOME TEXAS ROADHOUSE OF GREENVILLE, NC ❣️🥂

There have been times when there weren't any Togo parking spaces so that is a rare find to me. What day of the week was it?
You have to check in in the parking lot and wait in your car to be seated. Sneeze guards are added between all the tables, all condiments are brought in individual packages and everyone wears mask. These are just the things I noticed.
I'm sure they are, you can call also.
Dave works hard to open on holidays and other special occasions to serve our community. You will also find him donating his time and his fantastic entrees to many charities across eastern NC. I can certainly see hours being variable, but it tends to be in an effort to serve his community as best as he can.
You will have to call that particular restaurant to see what the hours are if any. Sorry I cannot be of any further help.
