My husband and I ate there for the first time on Saturday, November 14, 2020 and the food was out of this world. When I say that it was delicious, I mean it was just that. There is nothing like good old southern style cooking.

They usually have wonderful food but I sent s/o to pick it up and I was terribly disappointed. I ordered 2lbs. bbq with fixings a quart of pastry and a quart of stew. Oh my!!! The bbq must have been the last for that Saturday and the hush puppies were hard as a rock. The stew is as like vegetable soup. It was not thick at all. We heated it and added crackers for vegetable soup. The only thing that was marvelous was the chicken pastry. It was so good. I tried calling them back but there was no answer. I don't know what happened in the kitchen on that weekend but their food is usually not like that. I wasted $60 on this family dinner.
