Brand NEW store. All store personel are extremely caring and helpful. Easy access off the interstate. NO long RX lines to wait in for pickup.

Our experience with this Rite Aid Pharmacy store has been mostly good. We did have one somewhat negative experience with them recently, but they do okay most of the time. They are conveniently located right there on the corner off of highway 99 in Phoenix. The staff there are somewhat efficient, and acceptably friendly. The store itself is kind of on the smaller side, so they have a pretty basic selection of food, health items, over the counter stuff, etc. In any case, next time you're in the Phoenix area, and you need some stuff, stop by and try them out!

DO NOT SCHEDULE A VACCINE APPOINTMENT ONLINE! The pharmacy department is understaffed and has little or no ability to administer the shot. They store cannot stop the website from scheduling appointments that the staff cannot honor. I received several email confirmations, but no one was available to give the shots. The staff is sympathetic but backordered and frustrated.

Back in July, my car was in the shop. I tried to set my prescriptions up for delivery on the app and the desktop site and was not able to do so. 3 different staff refused to do anything on their end or even help me through it on the phone. I was also was set for auto refill and they just stopped doing that, I have no idea why. Today I wait for 20 minutes at the pick up line and nobody approaches me to check in, even though I could clearly see myself on the camera. A woman walks in and is helped immediately. Complete disregard for me, I will be switching pharmacies.

No it is not
This sounds like a question for Google. Try something like "painkillers for dogs". Or "antibiotics for dogs", &c. I'm no veterinarian, but I suspect that there may not be many options for animals. Their livers don't work quite like ours.
