May I just say that Kaetriauna Bowser-Smith was SUCH a pleasure to work with! I've gained 7 pounds since I met my future husband and was very self conscious on top of being 'work fresh' when I work a very physical job. I was tired, irritable, hair was a mess, frustrated with dresses not working, and Kaetriauna grabbed me a water, dealt with me with SUCH poise, and lovingly and gently guided me to my perfect wedding dress. We laughed. I cried. She pulled the bustier so tight (upon my request) that I could barely breathe! (Its a marketable skill!!!) That gave me a waist line and silhouette that I was lacking in all the other dresses. The process was pleasurable, easy and seamless. Ten out of 10 would reccomend going in to make yourself feel gorgeous at David's Bridal with Kaetriauna!! Thank you, girl!! So grateful for you!!

I was invited by my daughter to help her decide on a wedding dress, Kathleen was the one whom assisted us in finding my daughter‘s wedding dress. She was beyond professional, as a dad being in a not so normal environment or situation, absolutely had a blast, and it was a very special time seeing my daughter find her dress for her special day. Kathleen made it fun and was very good at this job, thank you Kathleen and David’s bridal for great experience! I had two encounters with your staff. Initially I had been shopping for a semi formal dress. I was greeted and assisted by Carolyn, she was the greatest! She was so helpful, cheerful and patient as I tried on several dresses. I was not sure which one to purchase so I bought both with the understanding that I would possibly be returning one of them. The folks there on that day were all great and made my visit very refreshing. When I returned several days later, I had just the opposite experience with another staff person while I was waiting for Carolyn to complete her call. That staff person made it very uncomfortable to the point that my intentions were to purchase a different dress but chose not to. In fact, I will most likely not go back to the store due to her rudeness sorry to say.

I called on a Wednesday and got scheduled for a bridal appt that same Saturday. Olivia helped us for over our hour slot, trying on multiple dresses, and we found the perfect dress for my mother!!! Olivia searched for the perfect dress she knew was out there and she was right. It was a tad big and there were some concerns about how quickly we could get the right size shipped because moms wedding is coming up super quick. They were able to get the perfect sized dress for my mom shipped to us in time for her wedding. We were so pleased with the service from everyone at the shop. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.
