Had to go to this location.because the Berlin location totally ruined my hair. It was 2 inches shorter and chopped up on the right side. Much nicer at this location. Although they responded, no one contacted me.

I am so disappointed with my last experience. I have been 3 times with the same hairdresser. The first cut was great, the second cut was good. Not exactly what I asked for., The 3rd cut is a disaster. There was no regard for what I wanted. My hairline has been ruined. Will take months for it to grow out. Cut at least a inch higher that my natural hairline. Again I am very disappointed and I will never return. Rosie Foxwell
