Poor customer service. Tried via phone and e-mail to reach them regarding a notary question with no returned correspondence. I called again the next day and had a brief and poorly handled call with the OWNER. He did not have interest in helping me or understanding what I was asking for. Then I called Delmar UPS and was helped by the their owner and was able to get my question answered.

The customer service here is horrendous. None of the employees can be bothered with any simple request. I wouldn't bother even returning here to drop off an Amazon package.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off an overnight air-shipment package at 11:19am on Wed Jan 5th. As of Fri Jan 7th, the item has still not been received. After spending almost two hours on the phone with UPS customer service, it was discovered that for some reason, the item did not get to UPS until the next evening. Meaning, this UPS store did not get the package to UPS until the next day. What is the point of paying $54 for overnight, when it takes two days to get there? The owner refused to refund the difference between overnight and second day. He told me to call UPS customer service again. My advice, if you can find any other way to send your package do it. Don't use this UPS store.

I recently needed multiple items printed for my daughters wedding; programs, menus and signs for the bar area. I brought the files to UPS where Brendan helped me with the layout and designs. Within a few days we had the samples and he printed in less than a week. I would highly recommend UPS for any of your printing needs.
