The customer service at this place is amazing. The staff are super helpful and even converse with the customers, definitely gives it a better, familiar feel. The results of my car after every wash are also spot on. Highly recommend coming here !!!

I stopped in to jersey auto spa on Joline ave. In long branch this morning. I just wanted an exterior wash because i had what I thought was a bunch of bird droppings all over my car. I noticed all the spots were still there when my car was finished. I called Michael over to take a look. He explained that it was tree sap and that he would run it through again. All while being patient and professional with no attitude( which I find rare these days) When my car came back the 2nd time a lot of the sap was gone but still there, the crew not only ran it through again , and Michael had them power wash it.( Michael did warn me it may not all come off) I find this service above and beyond. Michael recommended a detailing to remove the rest, which I will probably make an appointment for. Great job by the whole staff too! I highly recommend this location.

I had many large scratches and scrapes across my hood- in a panic, I drove to Jersey Auto Spa to see what they could do to help me. The owner and manager were incredibly empathetic and kind- in order to get my issue resolved, the owner took her own car out of detail to get mine in. The manager (Gregory) did such a fantastic job- it looks better than when I got my car from the dealer! 10/10 customer service and quality. Definitely going to get my entire car detailed by them! I wish I had a before picture but I did attach an after picture.
