went to one center and they simply turned me away. My surgeon said I should try another so I called before going in and they assured me I could get an X-Ray. When I arrived in the morning the woman at the front desk complained to me about how they didn't do what I needed to get done. Then I asked her to look at my preop list and she complained as she brought it back to the practitioners to see if they could help. They said they could do 3 things on the list. The entire time the front desk woman just gave me attitude and was extremely rude and angry. I did get the work done, minus the X-Ray as their tech left for the day. The practitioners who helped me in the exam room were extremely nice! Now, I can't get my medical records to print, upon leaving the front desk woman told me their Fax wasn't working.... I was on the line with the NY location after dialing the Mill Valley location. They can't locate my records. In the end they just hung up on me. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

The front desk staff is not welcoming at all. It would also be nice for them not to ask what’s wrong with you in front of the entire waiting room because some issues are private. I called multiple times to ask about a prescription I was supposed to get that they apparently never sent over. No answer so I finally decided to go in again and ask in person. When I did ask they made me feel bad for not coming in sooner. Unfortunately my schedule didn’t allow that because I work and I knew it would take them forever to attend me like always. I do have to say that their PA, Halsey, I believe was her name was super sweet and super helpful so she deserves 5 stars but my over all experience was not very pleasant.

Took my recently adopted daughter there with no one in the lobby on July 4th. I mention that she was recently adopted because, she is not yet enrolled through my insurance through the school I teach at. Once they saw her previous name (Hispanic) and saw that she had Medi-Cal, they mentioned that they did not accept Medi-Cal. When my wife suggested we may pay out of pocket, the receptionist said they were very busy - all of a sudden with no one in the lobby. Interesting that as White parents that they were willing to help us until her insurance and ethnicity were known.

Heads up! They charge about 70% percent more than the national average for service. I got slapped with a $450 bill when the national average is $150 for an urgent care visit for treatment for a bacterial infection. They are in-network with my insurance provider. I’ve had multiple urgent care visits for this bacterial infection across the country and I’ve never had an urgent care charge more than $200 before insurance makes a payment. Their billing department is also saying they can’t send me an itemized bill with medical codes. Apparently this is common for Dignity Health. They’ve paid out a $37 million dollar lawsuit in 2014 and an additional $10 million this year for overcharging patients. If you want to be fairly charged for your care, go elsewhere.
