I first met Morgan and her exquisite work a decade ago at one of the first weddings I ever booked. I work as a makeup artist in the Vermont wedding industry and have met with nearly every florist in the state this way. Morgan’s work never ceases to astound me. It is stunning, unique, rich, creative.. everything you could want from your florist! She is truly a gift to our industry. Not only is her work incredible, but she is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is professional, charismatic, warm and hard working. We recently had plans for a family member to be married in the Upper Valley. When Covid-19 travel restrictions were announced we were forced to cancel. The date was still a significant amount of time off. We reached out to all vendors we had coordinated with to notify them in the most timely manner. Out of the 8 vendors for various services only 1 refused to return our deposit in full. Valley Flowers was quick to refer to their contract language and only return a partial payment. We were very surprised by this due to the fact the date was still a significant time away. I'm sure they have great flowers and services under normal circumstances but their business ethics in my opinion are far below average. All of their peers returned deposits in full and without hesitation because it was the right thing to do given the current situation and since they had rendered no services. Disappointed to say the least... We just wanted to make this aware to others so they can make an informed decision before entering into an agreement with Valley Flowers. In response to your comments I'll simply say this. You clearly have a different version of what happened than we do which is to be expected. I have no desire to get into any he said/she said over google reviews. What I am happy to do is share our email correspondence with anyone who is interested so that they can arrive at a conclusion of their own. I certainly stand by what I said.

I've worked with Morgan and Valley Flower Co on numerous weddings and events and can't say enough good things. Not only are they dedicated and trustworthy, Morgan is an absolute artist, who just happens to use flowers as her medium. She is thoughtful, creative and an absolute gem of a flower artist to work with, especially on large events, weddings, etc. Every time I get to work with them, it's a pleasure, and I've worked with hundreds of florists over the years.
