Up until this year I’ve been very happy with Colonial. I had landscaping done after Sandy. Beautiful hydrangeas and boxwood. Every year since then I’ve contracted for mulching and feeding. This year I signed the usual contract and sent a hefty deposit.in February. By May no one had shown up. Many plants were up, bulbs blooming so I called and canceled as I didn’t want things being disturbed. I also asked that my deposit be refunded. A few weeks later I contacted the owner by email, explained again that no one had shown up and was requesting my deposit back. He replied saying sorry that a check would be sent. Here it is July and several emails later, no reply, no refund. Not a happy person right now.
