Very good food and fast service. This review is for the app. I have never been able to order online and use my rewards here. It always says that the restaurant is closed and to find another one, when I am in the restaurant at 2pm and is clearly open.

This place is a good taco bell in general. If you go during busy times, expect a busy wait—this is common sense. Service varies depending on staff, so it is inaccurate to rate a fast food place based on a staff that may have a heavy turnover rate.

I was at the counter as my order was completed, to my surprise everything was cold! Had to heat them up at home. Additionally, I paid for 2 supreme tacos and when I got home I realized they’ve given me the standard tacos. I used to enjoy their food however quality has gone downhill since 2021. Extremely disappointed.

The people who worked there were nice, the restaurant itself was pretty clean, and the food was good. Only problem with a lot of taco bell places, is that you can't tell someone what you want at the register. You have to plug your order into those touch screen kiosks...and there's no sanitizer for your hands when you're done using it, which is kinda gross.
