Worst service! Usually mail things in Ups! This item must be sent at FedEx. After I went there, there was no staff service. After waiting for a long time, a waiter came, but couldn't help me print the mailing label. I paid for it and they didn't have this service! Later, there was no way but to come to ups to print the mailing label! One day was wasted like this! Doesn't FedEx have these services? Are they not big companies? It's too inconvenient! Never go to FedEx to post things again!

The lady who was in the afternoon shift needs to be more helpful and to show a little respect to the customers. I visited to drop a box but she was trying to serve three people at a time (I was one of them) the others were waiting to get their pictures or something and I was asking to get a heavy box from my car or not. She was far from the front desk and tried to shout so she won’t come back and answer me. We can wait her to serve one each time instead of serving three customers in this way.
