Standard options, neat and clean, spacious interior. Wish they were in a better location - it takes some getting used to in order to make the right turns into the place at a busy intersection, and of you miss the turn the time cost of U-turns is rather high. If you are exiting north into the eastbound Hempstead Turnpike - watch out for the horrendous potholes at the curb

I didn't appreciate that when i got back to work with my food I had like the interior of the chicken only. Barely any skin. Basically scraps not whole pieces. Horrible presentation I didn't even want to eat it. I tried but it tasted like it wasn't fully cooked. I only ate the sides.

The Manager has a very bad disposition! She's always moody! She serves the food with a nasty attitude, she doesn't answer you right away when you ask a question, and not for anything,but the food doesn't taste good either! I'm not just saying that either,the food really is not good! The tables where you dine are filthy! The bathrooms are dirty! So many things pointing to bad management!

I think this Boston Market has decent food, we would stop by and get a whole chicken for dinner. The main and only reason I am writing this review is because of the female manager. She is the rudest person I have ever met. We ask to have the chicken cut up and apparently she thinks this is a completely irrational request. Today my husband stop by to get 2 whole chickens, the line was very long because there is a promotion going on $3.60 per chicken (we didn’t know this) He ordered the 2 chickens, asked for the chicken to be cut up and she yelled at him “do you have a coupon” he responded yes and she screamed “then I will not cut it up” Also the chickens look like pigeons they are so small but that is a whole other issue. If you are running a promotion for $3.60 chicken you should let people know they are super small and please make your “manager” stop being so rude. This is not the first time we have had an issue with this lady, she seems to hate her job and it shows.
