Expected to be busy and waited not too bad of a time for the food. But the chicken patty I feel like are getting smaller in the chicken sandwiches... still great taste. Service is still great and attentive. Clean dining

So I got the chicken deluxe with cheese and a coke/fries.I’m usually satisfied with the food but today wasn’t it. When you take a bite of chicken it should not sounds like you are bitting into a bone 🦴. The fries 🍟 was the best part fresh. Get it together Chick-fil-A

Zero respect for the delivery drivers that bring their food to customers Mid pandemic, they removed the signs designating parking for delivery drivers in the front, so now delivery drivers need to park in back while customers get to sit in their cars to eat up front They moved delivery orders behind a wall rather than letting us just pick up the orders, with employees told to ignore delivery drivers until the line is served first. Twice in the last week i waited over 20 minutes because the employees gave the delivery orders to the wrong people This specific CFA repeatedly makes pick up for delivery drivers harder to prioritize their in store customers. And management is a joke, like robots repeating their company indoctrination rather than solve an issue Every time you say “my pleasure”, you’re making jokes of yourselves

They absolutely cannot handle the volume! Between food pick up orders (door dash etc), where the lines go out the door, the drive thru line (comical) and regular customers line (again out the door) it’s pure insanity. The staff is so amazing however that I actually felt bad for them (they’re smiling but you know they’re stressed.) We waited 32 minutes to get our food from when we ordered it. I ordered a deluxe and we’ll, it was just the chicken (minus the pickles as requested) on a bun including extremely undercooked fries. I can’t explain the absolute zoo of a parking lot this is to navigate as well. There was a cop sitting in the parking lot (which I thought was hilarious as it was sheer mayhem and I didn’t blame him for just staying put in his car.) Manhattan is 1,2,3 (like you used to be 2 years ago). They need to limit the pick up orders, maybe then they’ll run better.
