I usually enjoy White Castle. This one didn't seem to have all the menu items that other stores have. The lady who took my order kept asking me questions and I could not understand her due to her thick accent. My burgers and onion rings were good though.

I usually give four stars however the price on the board wasn't the same price they never changed it they should stay with the price they advertise not charge you more I ask for ketchup in a cup they said they only had packet which I know is disingenuous because if you eat in they have the little cups 40 catch up they just didn't want to do it and they didn't have hash browns forfeit me French fries and charge me more until I said something about it so those were not good recommendations for White Castle sorry

Service was amazing which is why the two stars. The fries were hot but raw in the middle. Beyond burgers were mushy. Oil is definitely not clean. Terrible aftertaste

This store often gets the order wrong; double check your bags. Slow service, long waits, only positive is that it’s White Castle, and the burgers remain delicious. Better bet is to save your body the damage and stay home, eat broccoli.
