Worst place, they are supposed to close at 12:00pm on Friday, I went at 11:50am and the doors we locked, people inside and didn’t want to open the door for me to pay.

For the amount of money the residents of Lynn pay for their water bill, you think they could afford to have someone working at least until 5pm. Doesn't help that on Friday they decide to close down at noon time due to (extended) hours during the work week, which come to find out is only 4pm. They accept credit cards but will take one to two days to process. Debit cards take five to seven. Ridiculous if you ask me.

It's very important to go there and talk to them,they're very nice and understanding you won't regret
No PO Box but you can mail it in to 400 parkland ave in Lynn. You can also drop payments off in person or drop into payment slot if office is closed.
