Signed title in hand, we scrapped one a couple weeks ago. They will offload. They weigh before and after if it is on a trailer.
No they are not paying for your scrap but you can drop it off for free
Not sure exactly but they have very fair prices on their recycles I find that they are very nice and they always answer my questions
