I thought going here at night since it was 24 hours would be a good idea instead of going to Long Island bagel cafe like I usually do. I went once, they made my bagel everything was fine and I walked out. I went another time, they had problems with their card reader, and they didn't listen to anything I said! I ordered a very specific bagel and walked out with something completely different than what I asked for. The craziest thing is that my friend ordered the same exact thing as me, and got the same screwed up sandwich! Do the employees even speak english? I'm genuinely confused...

The bagels were fresh, soft and delicious. My niece had a breakfast wrap but I enjoyed the mini bagels, which was soft and still warm. We even ordered stuff to bring home for breakfast for the next day. The customer service was great and the place was very good. We were able to sit in there to eat, numerous tables available. I highly recommend this place.

I can't truly rate this place on their food because I only a bagel today...but I'll say this.. seems to be a quiet, all about business place. I say that because when. I walked in a few workers were restocking so the energy was just work work work. There was "Hellos" or "Hi's" or small talk when customers came in. But for the place itself, they sell sandwiches, bagels, sweets, pastries, coffee, and more. There are seats and tables inside and a few outside. They have a bathroom. Free parking lot. There is a sign near the register that reads Paying with cash gets you their "discounted" prices but paying with credit and debit card expect a 3.25% fee. (..sounds like some gas stations right) There's a couple of community newspapers available between the sets of doors.

Second time I go there and it goes bad. The first time I went, I wanted to order a toasted bagel with cream chease but couldn't get it cause their toaster was out of order/not working, so I left. Now this time, I said I'll go in again and order something different. So I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll and the lady says, "soy bacon" and Im like what, she repeated it, it confused me and I said no bacon. Another person behind the counter then says we don't sell meat, huhhhhhhh???? How do you sell sandwiches then if you don't sell meat? You need ham, or pastrami, or roast beef, or turkey maybe even chicken to make sandwiches. How can someone say they don't sell meat at a deli, where people go to get breakfast and lunch. A business should be able to serve ALL customers, you should have regular bacon, maybe Canadian bacon and for those that don't eat meat, also carry alternative products. You're in business to make money from every customer that walks thru your business and have them leave satisfied. That was twice and there will NOT be a third time for me going there, they've already struck out with me. I'll go spend my money elsewhere and help out that business.
