Went yesterday afternoon for a much needed car wash no line so I was amazed. Got the ultra sonic VIP which was $29 no big deal because most of the time if it’s not crowded there they tend to do a better job cleaning your car because they’re not overwhelmed. My car came out pretty good they missed a few minor spots but the ladies drying my car took care of it without me asking. When my car was done I got inside and realized they didn’t vacuum or clean the glass so I asked what happened they said what I paid for only covered the exterior????? The manager comes over and tells me if I want it vacuumed then it will cost an Extra $8. I told him this was a waste of money almost $30 to just clean the exterior of your car I used to go here at least once a week and would pay $25 which includes interior and exterior had I known I would’ve went to one of these night car washes. I get it’s a higher end car wash but for that amount I feel they could at the least vacuum your interior or clean the glass. Needless to say I won’t go back there again totally a ripoff and waste of my time and money. From now on I think I’ll go back to my old spot in Astoria.

Wait was a little long but car was cleaned thoroughly, cashier was nice and explained my options in great detail, they also have an excellent restaurant/ice cream shop connected to the building so I was able to get myself and my kids some food while we waited for my car to be cleaned. I’ll be back regularly!

I usually come in for the Ultra Sonic VIP. I came in today for a wash, left without checking the car fully and 5 mins later i realize how filthy the car was left. The job was rushed, i pointed out a few things to the guys while i was there, which they tried to clean but didn’t do well. Overall, quality wasn’t well this time and makes me iffy on coming back again.
