Fast service and the doctor was excellent! Got the prescription and next day I got better! Best urgent care

I went in because my eyebrow piercing was rejecting, so the skin was irritated. I filled out my information online and saw a PA within 10 minutes. The nice man removed my piercing and prescribed me Amoxicillin for 5 days to tackle the irritation. The receptionist was amazing and made sure my information was correct, and that my medication arrived at the correct Northwell Hospital location. I use Vivo pharmacy, so I was unsure of which hospital to use. One thing I will say is that I went last week during the 90 degree day, so the urgent care was very humid. I think they should at least have a humidifier if they do not use A/C.

Extremely rude front desk women. Instead of being understanding that people are walking in because they don’t feel well she’s extremely condescending, and antagonizes patients. I will never in my life set foot in this urgent care. I’d advise this company to move someone else into her position. Perhaps I’d also advise better training on customer service and empathy especially for the industry she is in. I will make sure nobody I care for goes to this urgent care.

Great experience. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. If you have an appointment you wont wait much at all. If you don’t, you still probably wont have to wait too long. They are quick, efficient and kind. This is my go to Urgent Care!
