This is a very modern RV park located in The Lakes Region of New Hampshire which opened in May 2013. It is very close to town yet tucked away. It is clean and family run. Pets are accepted. There is a spring-fed pond, a sandy beach, Merrymeeting River access for kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding and FISHING! The pool was constructed in 2014. The bathhouse has large shower stalls with town water. The sites are oversized, SPACIOUS with 100 amp electrical service, sewer and town water, picnic table and fire pit. Big rig friendly. The park has security gates, an office and night host. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The public boat ramp to Lake Winnipesaukee in Alton Bay is 2.5 miles away. Seasonal RV site rentals, along with boat & RV storage. Peaceful!

Lots of positive things: large sites, crushed stone so no mud, pool, large beach area, dock to put kayak into river. Friendly campers and staff is very responsive to questions and concerns, nice location. Only things I was concerned with was lack of trees for shade and lack of amenities such as playground. Overall very nice place!

Bobcat Bob, Young Bob and Fred were all great to us as seasonal campers. (Shout out to the nice girl in front who's name I never got) The sites vary greatly in size but the views and fishing are amazing. Close to many hikes, fishing spots and of course Lake Winnipesaukee. You can kayak or canoe to the lake with a little sweat power! Great for pet owners (leashed!) and accommodating for larger rigs (40' class A). Clean sites, don't count on the wifi for anything but wave as most people were super friendly. Thanks for a great summer!

We checked out this campground last summer and have booked a seasonal site for this year. Large, level sites, mostly all pull thrus. No trees in the camping area as it is a former gravel pit. You may or may not like this. I am looking forward to not having my trailer and vehicles covered in sap from the trees!
