I use this urgent care when I can't get into my pcp. I've never had a single problem, I've been treated well, I've gotten answers AND IVE FOLLOWED UP WITH MY PCP. Alot of reviews from people on here who don't understand that this is a place to be seen and get the ball rolling, you are supposed to follow up with your PCP. You are not supposed to ask someone who knows nothing about you or your medical history to "CURE" you. And if you make 1800 a week, you should have the insurance to follow up with your pcp.

I went there twice for the same issue, and was misdiagnosed both times by two different doctors. Waited 40 minutes in the lobby, then another 50 minutes after the nurse took basic vitals. Both doctors spent less than 8 minutes diagnosing the issue. The total cost for both trips was over $500, all for nothing. That doesn't include the time off from work that they suggested would completely solve the issue. One week off of work cost me $1800 in lost wages. I'll never go to a hospital or clinic ever again. I've lost all trust in "medical professionals." I'd rather die than give one more cent to those thieves.

I’ve had several great experiences here. Today I went in because my PCPs office told me the nurse would call me back TOMORROW after telling her I’ve had flu like symptoms and a fever for 2.5days. Was also turned away at clear choice the were “not taking anymore patients” I had to go back in a few hours! Today at Cmc urgent care, I saw Crystal the APRN, she was fast friendly and very helpful! This is a great office! Thank you all for your very thorough care and compassion.

My daughter was running a 103 Fever for 2 days took her in. They Tested my daughter for covid. Seems like the Dr. only cared about her test results coming back negative and sent us home. I had to ask for him to check her ears... I told him her throat seemed to be bothering her, she was constantly clearing her throat, sounded flemmy. Never checked her throat. I called 2 days later, to ask if I should have them see her again, she was still running 103 fever with swollen tonsils. They told me to go to the ER that they would have better care for her. I called the ER and the wait was hours for her to be seen. Instead I went to convenient MD, they got us in quick, tested her for covid, flu, and strep. Came back positive for strep. If the staff at CMC urgent care listened to my concerns and done the right thing we could have figured this out days ago. Why would they ever recommend taking a 2 1/2 year old to a very busy ER, instead of looking at her again? All it took was 2 seconds of looking at her throat to say “wow she needs a strep test” ....Won’t be going back to CMC urgent care anymore! My daughters tonsils were touching each other, and they didn’t even bother to check her throat in the first place! Waste of time, money, and most importantly my poor daughter suffered for days. The nurses have always been great here, and the Dr. I’ve always seen here (can’t remember her name) is great, this Dr. not at all.

I have gone there multiple times with no appointment.
