Love this place. I didn't grow up with a bakery near me so when I visited here for work this was one of the first places I went to. They have all kinds of breads here: big bread, little bread, not bread, pizza. And knick knacks from other stores like coffee and olive oil, great to go with your bread. Most of all it reminds me of a childhood that I wish I had, one with local stores that made them fresh out of the oven and not a factory. My father, when I was six, told me that all the food in the world is made out of corn. What terrible thing to tell a Kindergartner. I was still learning how to tie my shoelaces. I often think about that whenever I smell fresh baked bread no matter here I go in this country. There's nothing processed here though. I think. Wheat and white or all white or all wheat only. Anyway, great bread.

Nice people. Good variety of breads, all sourdough based. The Cherry Walnut was very good. Polish Rye was nice too. They also have other baked goods, muffins, croissants etc. Small shop attached to the bakery. Nice people. Good prices for good quality breads.

We took a short walk down here while waiting for a table at the local restaurant up the hill. They had an impressive selection of fresh pastries and bread along with local dairy. A must visit if you come to this small town!

Currently nomadic, would consider moving to this area just for the bakery alone! The crumb is just perfect on every loaf of bread. A lot of people seem to order frozen pizzas from them that they make to order -- not sure what that's all about but it seems very popular as well
