Worst place ever. Got my boneless wings that look more like popcorn chicken, and got a soda that seems like they got it out of the oven and didn’t have any ice at all. Worse place ever

I placed an order online and when my husband got there to pick it up, he was told they didn’t make the order because they were closing. Mind you, they’re open till midnight at this location. My husband then said it’s only 10:20 and they said we’re closing at 11. So he asked for his money back, and those rude team members told him go come back tomorrow and get it. Like are you serious! They need to fire their whole entire staff and start over, or just close the place down at this point. Because all of their team members have poor customer service skills.

When you really get wings and the right flavor, it's nice. I just don't understand why Wingstop is allowed to sell chicken breast and call it wings. I made the mistake of ordering boneless of what I would assume to be wings, because the last time I checked, the breast is the wing is the wing and the breast is something else. Chicken wings do not taste like chicken breast and vice versa; they don't have the same texture nor taste even when the same season is used.Mind you, I had a question in my mind about exactly how they would get the flesh off of the chicken wings since chicken wings don't have a lot of flesh to begin with. But I said to myself, if there is a will there is a way; maybe they found a way! With a name like Wingstop I didn't imagine that the meat served would be anything but wings. Buying that meal and eating it made me feel like I was a part of experiment; l odered boneless ofcwhat was supposed to be a new flavor, I don't remember the name of the flavor, but it was disgusting. One bite and I just had to throw the whole thing out! It was just not a good experience. If I go back I'll be sure to stick with bone-in wings. When they said boneless, I assumed it would have been the wings without the bone. My suggestion is that it should be made very clear somewhere that the boneless is not boneless wings, but actual chicken breast. That way, those of us who may have an aversion to chicken breast would know to steer clear of ordering Wingstop boneless. My favorite flavor is mango jabanero.

Using Doordash I’ve ordered from this Wingstop and have been disappointed every time. Its like they purposefully refuse to give you what you ordered. Last night was unbelievable on the amount of laziness. Ordered fries with fry seasoning and they gave me plain fry scraps without seasoning. Bbq wings but 1/4 of sauce on the wings.They truly need new staff asap.
