I can't recommend this business highly enough. My 100 year old heirloom Waltham pocket watch is working right again, has a clean new crystal, and I can open it freely for the first time ever. The service was completed in an hour for a very reasonable price and I got great pointers on maintaining the watch going forward. To top it all off, I happened to get a flat tire on my way to pick up the watch and Avery fixed that too!

Avery went out of his way to help me with my antique Swiss Army Watch. He had several suggestions on how to get things working, checked my battery, gave me a new battery, and did not charge me a cent. I drove an extra 15 minutes to work with him even though I had other watch repair retailers within 5 minutes of my house. He was worth the extra drive. He is kind and thoughtful.
