Had a flooded basement 7/3. Called ServePro national number and within 10 minutes Josh Welch called me. I explained the problem to him. Within an hour he sent Jamie over and she was was soon joined by Josh Roman. Jamie and Josh were excellent in there work. Vacummed the water out, ripped out the carpets to prevent mold getting in the walls. I live in a condo and my next door neighbor was affected as well and they immediately took care of his issue as well. I highly recommend ServePro in Haverhill/Newburyport for any services. Josh Welch explained the process to me as to how they work with my insurance company as well. Excellent company and excellent service!

They did a fantastic job with restoring/remodeling my kitchen and living room after some heavy water damage from a kitchen pipe that lead to mold and massive amounts of damage. Yes, you can definitely drop your carpet off at our Haverhill office located at 211 Broadway, Haverhill MA., anytime from 9-5, M-F. We can also pick up and/or drop off the carpet for a flat fee of $50 each way. The cleaning cost would be $160 for the carpet itself.
