Horrible service experience with these guys. Didn't buy the jet-ski from them but they said they would service it. It sat there for 2 months with nothing done. Had to take it back and bring it to a better Motorsports Nation in Plainfield CT.

I made an appointment with this dealer in March to fix an issue I was having with my fuel level sensor on my Can Am Ryker that I purchased new in July of 2021. I waited 68 days for this appointment. I used a vacation day to trailer it there so they would have it first thing on the day of my appointment on 5/31/2022. I checked in 7 days after I dropped it off, they tell me they haven't touched it yet, I checked in on day 15, they still haven't touched it yet. I let the service advisor know that I wasn't happy with the situation and was hoping that maybe that would trigger some response from management to get involved to resolve my issue.... NOPE!!!!! No response. I picked up my bike on day 15 because obviously they didn't care in my opinion. When I picked up my bike on that day they tell me that all their Technicians quit. Even if I were to believe that excuse, REALLY!!!! So how long was my bike going to just sit there and not be looked at??? Shame on you Motorsports Nation for wasting my time and failing to provide the service you say your committed to providing. Now my warranty expires in 3 weeks and I have no choice but to purchase the extended warranty to resolve an issue that should have been covered under the 12 month warranty. Not from you! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Excellent service..called the parts department and had the best experience with Josh. Get this man a raise because he helped me figure out all of my quad issues.

Ordered a front tire was told on a thursday when I placed order,it would be 3 to 4 days,after 2 weeks of being told they don't know why it was not in yet I demanded my money back called razee and had it same day will never do business with motorsports again.
