Second time around living for 3 years at Princeton in Lawrence. Like always no issues, meets expectations and provides security. Special thanks to Luke W., while stuck in other country during Covid, Luke made sure apartment was safe by time to time checking door was not broken into and locked, kept my mail secure due to overflowing mailbox and provided updates in resident portal of critical items for my car. Had complete peace mind when I was away with my belongings. Thanks for going the extra mile Luke for your residents!!!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this place! My 2 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious with good natural lighting and carpet. Property Managers like Kristen and Riley could not have been more friendly and professional. The maintenance staff has been excellent, too, and Jo was very helpful when I was deciding to sign the lease. The location is convenient for getting into Boston and smaller towns in the area with a nice take-out grill and convenience store a 2 minute walk away. Between the staff, location, and quality of the space, Princeton at Mount Vernon sets the bar high for my next apartment.

I lived at the Mount Vernon location for a year. The site personnel (Debbie & Andrea) were wonderful! Management took care of anything and in a timely manner. For commuters the location is a great spot. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone trying to live in that area. I also received my full deposit back! Thanks for the great experience guys! McGovern Transportation Center. The Commuter Rail is roughly 2.5 miles from our community and the Haverhill line is what passes through this city.
These apartments were built in 1972 and underwent a major renovation in 1996.
All apartments have gas stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and A/C wall units. Sinks have a garbage disposal. Apartments do not have built-in microwaves *Studio apartments do not have dishwashers.
We have washers and dryers available for residents to use in each building.
We have outdoor parking for our residents. We allow one car parking off-street for residents, second vehicles would be street parking. It is sticker parking, you would not be assigned a spot. Guests would park on the street.
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Indoor cats are permitted. The monthly pet rent per cat is $40.00 per month, not to exceed 2 cats. Additional restrictions apply and will be explained during the leasing process. All pets must be approved by management.
We are pleased to be a smoke-free community.
The office is willing to hold packages on the resident's behalf so they are not left in any common areas by the delivery driver. We are able to deliver reasonably sized deliveries at the resident's request.
Apartments are set up for cable service via Fios or Xfinity. Cable setup and charges are the responsibility of the resident.
We require the first month's rent, a security deposit and a key fee to move in. We do not collect the last month's rent before move in.
