KUDOS! Have sent my wonderful 2014 new purchase LCR357 into service in 2017 & 2022 to smooth/clean out internals better than I. Although very impressed in 2017, 2022 was amazing in service, parts replaced and now Like New Action ... all for free! Although I paid UPS shipping to them, FedEx return they paid. UPS= 5-stars, FedEx= 1-stars + UGH.

Today I dealt with Ruger for a warranty issue on a rifle. As always, Ruger customer service was top notch. Special mention to CS Rep Charlotte who was fantastic, and went above and beyond to provide service that ensured a smooth solution to an issue that is slightly outside of the norm.

No, Ruger does not have a retail store, but there are two Federally Licensed gun shops just down the road from them. Rodys gun shop and Pinnacle gun shop, they both carry an assortment of Ruger firearms and accessories, as well as other manufacturers. 👍

I assume they must for some special groups; however, I didn't see anything/anyone indicating public tours.
