The staff was great. Bowling lanes are really nice. Fun night out. Now let's talk about the ladies room...It is absolutely beautiful. I know you may be thinking- A bowling alley bathroom?? Yes! It was gorgeous and spotless! Automatic flushers and sinks. Gleaming tile floor. Super clean!! Great design/decor and spacious with a huge handicap accessible stall and 2 other large stalls. It just might be the nicest bathroom in Rome NY. Every woman at our event came out with looks of amazement on their faces. The first words they said upon return were "Have you seen the Women's Room????" You may not believe me, so go and check it out for yourself- but it was nice enough to make me feel like I needed to add it to the reviews. Your bowling score might be in the toilet Ladies, but at King Pin Lanes you really won't mind!

Fun experience with the family. But they definitely need someone who knows how to make pizza there. Very little sauce, cheese and the wasn't cut properly - more like it was a scorn.

Bought my ball and all accessories from John knight in the shop excellent customer service took the time to make sure everything was setup correctly I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying some outrageously priced setup he took the time to listen and provide feedback I would 1000% recommend anyone looking to get there own bowling ball or equipment to go see John knight at king pin lanes

They say they close at 11 but bowling stops at 10 so they can take hour to close. Horrible bar service. Buckets of beer limited to one per person. Even if you have a group of 8 and have several people come to bar they give you a hard time. They cannot figure out how to let one person pay for multiple drinks. Incompetent people. Enforce masking for the non league guests and let the leaguers do what they want. Poor management.
