This place sucks!! I went there when I was sicker than a dog, the only thing that could satiate me was a crisp delicious large coke. What do I discover on the car ride home??? They gave me diet!!! Talk about ruining my night!! I hate McDonald’s!!!

I visit McDonald's at this location very often, more than 4 times a week. Today I came by to get my normal spicy chicken. Upon eating it felt cold, which honestly I was going to deal with because I've gotten it cold before and it wasn't terrible, so then I proceeded to make sure I had some pickles in there because my previous visit they forgot them as I lifted the bun I noticed that the chicken looked very weird. Still I decided to take a bite and it was absolutely horrid. I'll add the picture to this review if I can. Anyways I decided to go get a new one and the lady at the first window told me to drive and explain again at the second window (she didn't want to deal with it) so I pull up to the next window and the manager was VERY rude and said "You know there's butter on them right?!" And of course I do, I order a crispy or spicy chicken EVERY time. I'm think I'm more upset because I've worked fast food and would NEVER treat a customer like that. Hands down one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Stopped by on my motorcycle. Stood in line for 10 minutes with only one in ront of me. Then no one in front of me. Still no service. Finally left feeling very frustrated.

Lost my order, then charged me more for new order. I lost my mobile rewards for original order. Completely incompetent handed me the wrong order as well when I got to the window. Batting a big .000
