Very poor service, almost as if they don’t want to sell you anything. Called and tried to order 2 1-1/4 circuit setter balance valves, employee asked 3 times what company I worked for, and informed me I’d have to come to the shop to order it rather than give a card over the phone. Called Winnelson supply of Worcester and they ordered it right away without question, no card needed.

Very helpful they have the stuff that they don't have at the big box stores. I'm not a plumber but they gave me the help I needed. They have a fitting for everything.

Awesome company awesome management just started coming here the last month or so but three sales people went out of their way because I didn’t have a receipt to return some thing so I could get a refund which I guarantee will not happen at any other plumbing supply company always have what I want in stock and at the best prices will be definitely coming here for everything HVAC and plumbing . Heard about it from a professional plumber friend of mine and glad I came
