very clean operation which is the first priority, so credit where due. But the guy running it always acts like he's doing a favor just to accept your business. last year i asked for no fat in burger and what we got had so much fat added we couldn't use it. ok, anyone can make a mistake. this year I dropped off a deer in a friend's name and paid him the skinning fee cash upfront as requested. when my friend called they had no record of it. so I called and he was too busy to talk about any missing deer. I called back later and he was still too busy to talk to a customer but, yes they found it, just "missed the tag". no "my mistake" no "sorry about that". simple common courtesy goes a long way.
