Nice and small strip kind of park on the banks of Raritan river. Main activity seemed like fishing. Of course, one can sit and have a peaceful introspection. The view of river turning looks majestic. On the other side one can see bridges - one for vehicles and the higher one for trains.

This park definitely has a very good and open view of Raritan River. It looks neat. Must be very relaxing to enjoy a nice sunny day here. But I saw some sprays on signs, broken trail lights...That took away a star from my review.

Love walking in the park we did see people smoking drugs and sitting up I drugs near the water then that day they pull out two bodies could also be a very nice place also

It has space but you need to get your own grill equipments..
Gets crowded, get there early, grass isn't for sitting.
Yes. Two different entrances. One by Rutgers Boat House and the other just past the New St exit. Park is going through renovations but most is usable.

There are multiple entry points.. If you're driving then you'll see the entry gate on your right side.. If you're walking then you'll find two entry points after the Neilson St junction.. Hope this helps..
