Hello Donald, I have not heard of a Hobby Lobby opening in Oroville. If you would like to know for sure, though, I would call the City of Oroville who handles incoming business licenses at (530) 538-2495.
We do not offer grants, but the City of Oroville might. You can reach them at (530) 538-2535.
We have also heard it is going to be a new drive-thru Bulldog Taqueria.
In the old Wal-Mart building there will be 4 new businesses. Harbor Frieght has already opened. Smart & Final will have their grand opening on July 11. Lastly, Ross and Fit Republic will be opening this summer.
