I was totally disappointed with the manager's response to my inquiry about $5 .99 deal. We can't adjust it it is what it is. Tried to tell me they didn't have the 5.99 specials anymore when they do. I don't know where customer service went somewhere along the line but there is no customer service anymore and it makes me very sad.

I have ordered from this location MANY times and always wonderful!!!! I usually order peppers, peperoni, and onions. I sometimes order cheezy bread and pizza with ham and Hamburg. I have ordered from other locations and the only one that is as good is in Rochester NY,

Ordered food from here and the website stated that my card was not accepted. Checked my bank and not only was my order supposed to be 37 dollars they charged me an extra 16 dollars. Contacted the store and the only option was for me to call my bank. Even though the orders state that they are waiting for the merchant to complete the order. So now I'm out of 50 dollars for 24 hours,because though I have proof Dominoes can't help me. Now I have to dispute the transaction as fraud which takes a longer time than an associate fixing an issue.
