I've been her three times and used the same reference picture each time. The first time was good and had no complaints. The second time the reference picture was totally disregarded and was a given a standard long on top shorter on the sides which looked good so I was satisfied. My most recent time I was told it looks like I got a 12$ haircut lol. I wont be coming back but in all honesty I tend to rely too much on the stylist following the picture shown at the beginning so that was partly my fault. If you're good at describing what you want as you go the price is excellent for a walk in haircut.

Beware! Sometimes they will cut a part of your hair and then realize this job is difficult then they initially thought and want you to go sit in the waiting line again so that some other stylist can take you over. This happened to me this week and I can't think of equating this to anything else I've seen or experienced before. I needed a men's haircut/basic trim and that person said they could only use scissors and no trimmer. I was fine with that as this was agreed on before we started. (Although I was curious to see how they could cut the sides around the ears) I didn't care what they used as long as the job is done. They kept saying I could only do this/ I could only do that, trying to be reasonable I said ok sure to however they want to continue. I only needed a trim down and as a customer I didn't have any other requests. They abandoned me right there and someone else came and told me to wait in the seating area. This is after waiting more than an hour and now after cutting part of my hair. No words to describe this. Also, as a prerequisite, please clean the seat of someone else's hair before you ask for the next customer.

I haven’t been around the Worcester area long but when I need a haircut I definitely know where to go. So I want to give a big shout out to Maeve for being an excellent employee and being so great with all of her customers! I’ve known Maeve for roughly a year and had no idea she did hair! But she’s amazing!

Looks could be deceiving as the place looks like it's just one tiny room from the outside, but it has two other levels that are very spacious. Went for haircut almost at the closing time and the staff was very friendly and accomodative. The wait time was minimal and the stylist took time to understand the type of haircut I needed and trimmed accordingly. Overall a very good salon and the prices are low compared to the other franchise salons right on the other side of the lake in Shrewsbury. Will definitely be visiting again.
