My family and I have been going to the Sanford Toyota dealership for years for our car needs. I recently bought my first car from them and the experience couldn’t have been any better! Luther was the best car salesman we could’ve worked with, and he made the process smooth sailing for me as a first time buyer. He’s a great guy overall, and a trustworthy salesman. I left feeling confident that I bought a great vehicle, and I don’t think I’ll be taking my car anywhere else except Toyota for any future services. Fred Anderson has good customer service until they have to do something outside of actually selling vehicles. They had me drive out 2hrs just to turn me around without any compensation or solutions to the problem. They have also gave me the run around about getting my vehicle repaired so time can pass and they won’t have to pay for any repairs. Not to mention when I went to the dealership I was the “big scary black guy in line in the service department” rather than just being a customer who believed in you and spent his hard earned money with you.

I went in looking for a car to show all the hard work I’m putting in as a full-time employee, graduate student & mama! I had David, who was absolutely amazing. I had a Hybrid model in mind but he was honest with me & showed me a 2021 Rav 4 XLE model and I fell in love. David also had to survive my dad’s questions, jokes, & personality, which he definitely did. He was great company & felt like I’ve known him for forever, even talking about his little one. When he was finalizing everything & going to put gas in my brand new car, I joked about a Snickers bar; He brought one back! David truly cares about his clients & I’m loving my car every day.

I had the best experience I ever had at any toyota dealership. This was my first time driving to Sanford toyota dealership and I am so glad I did. The minute I walked in Dennis was very helpful. I was confused about what I wanted but Dennis was helpful and helped me find the perfect car. I had a budget to work with that was limiting my choices but the sales manager Bryan and Dennis helped me find the Perfect ride, a 2021 toyota highlander, the perfect family vehicle. The process was so smooth and pain free, I walked in 2 hours later the deal was done. I was told it would take weeks before I could get my highlander due shortage but Dennis did a great job keeping me up to date and today 1 week before the original delivery date I picked up my new ride and very happy with it. I would diff. Recommend The Sanford location and Dennis, who was awesome.

Yes they do trade ins. Very good people to work with and service is great
Masks required. Hand cleansing promoted. Hand sanitizer stations and disinfecting between customers. They encourage a lot of phone/email communication to limit having people all at once. I felt very safe while there.
