Work in the area and get a drink every day at lunch this location has gone wayyyyy down in the past few weeks. i haven’t seen a lot of the usual employees I interacted with over the past year so I have wondered if that is the change Either way, in the past few weeks, every single mobile order, without fail, has been wrong My usual drink is literally just an iced green tea with lemonade. Instead I’ve gotten every variation of that order… Peach lemonade, only or heavy lemonade, no ice, wrong iced tea, hot green tea Please get your old employees back or better train your new ones!!! These mistakes are silly ones but when I get a wrong order every single day, I’m about to change where I go for my daily coffee run

Wait times are long, the lobby is crowded, there is no available bathroom, there are stank, loitering homeless people abusing the table space ...AND my drink wasn't made right. This was a bad experience, even for Starbucks.

Sticker to stop spill wasn’t even covering the mouth hole at all. More than half of the Venti beverage spilled soaking up the whole bag and now the grilled cheese is completely soggy.

The employees can tend to be very rude. They will just stand at the register and not even call the next person. Customer service at this location is very much lacking. What made it even worse is that everywhere I go for my free first responder coffee, they are very polite. At this location, they insisted on charging me for the 1 pump of caramel in my coffee. Seriously?! Overall they are conveniently located, and that's the only good thing I can say.
