Exceptional service and knowledgable team! Very pleased. So I pulled my front bumper off when I parked at a concrete parking stopper. I was frazzled and wasn’t sure what to do. Thankfully there was an Autozone store right across the street. I walked in and Joey immediately said he’d look at it. He spent a lot of time tying it for me so that it wouldn’t fly off and I could travel safely. Thanks to them I felt so much better about my drive home. It’s so important to highlight exceptional customer service and this is one of them. Staff are pretty good. Helpful and friendly. Recently returned an air pump with minimal fuss. Some parts bought there have been of cheap if not downright questionable quality. Makes the buying experience a letdown and sometimes a real hassle.Thanks for the feedback, Daniel.
