Quick hand car wash. Good in a pinch when your car hasn't been washed for a while. They didn't get to the roof of my SUV but I saw they did have a step ladder so go figure. This would not be my go to car wash but for $10 exterior only, it'll do.

Thats my go to place for car wash in Jersey City. As per my experience the service is very good - quick one, hardly takes 4-5 mins and everything (clean) is around 15$.

You can pay with card. Cash is good to have for tip box. This is my favorite spot in JC so far. Affordable and keeps my car looking A1.
I went past 7pm a couple of times and they were open. I think they close around 7:45pm.
