Worst parking garage in all of Hoboken. Don’t park here they have booted my car twice when I paid BOTH times. The first time I paid online and then extended my parking and paid the full price plus an hour of overlap and I come to the garage one hour before my parking expires the next day to find a boot on my car. It took about 45 minutes to get the guy to take it off because he told me I didn’t pay when I had clear proof. The next time I had clear evidence of my MONTHLY PASS in my car and they booted my car again. Horrible service, then they fight with you to take it off after I’ve done nothing wrong. They will never get my business again. Awful business and rude people.

Horrible service the office is super rude! They will try to rip you off for your deposit with nonsense! I was told I wouldn’t get my deposit “ because I brought my key/fob TWO days late” I explained that I wasn’t from the area and I had been off the 1st and 2nd the woman from the office who was clearly just using whatever excuse she could to keep the deposit wasn’t budging I ended up paying an extra month. It has been 4 weeks since I handed in my stuff, I still have not received my deposit! I guess they are not aware of the law when it comes to deposits waiting a few more days almost ready to file a claim against them for violating the terms of the agreement.

This garage is way more expensive than the one under 121 River Street and it is only one level. The parking spots are also ridiculously tight with lots of people wasting and parking their cars over two spots.

I have a monthly parking spot here, it's a very convenient location but a lot of the parking spots are odd-sized, either super shallow (right word? You can barely pull in) or with random obstacles. Easily the worst thing though is having to deal with the company for anything like changing a credit card number to canceling your account, because they do everything by paper and through mail or fax, or in person, so it's incredibly inconvenient.
