Don’t order from here, plenty of other good crown fried chickens in the neighborhood. This store basically robbed me of my money. They confirmed my order, never delivered it or even attempted delivery. I kept calling the store asking where it was till the guy on the phone basically lied and said my food was already delivered. After I told him it wasn’t delivered he lied again and said that the order was never in the system (which contradicts his previous lie). He then lied and said, don’t worry, I’ll have your food there in 5-10 minutes and after waiting 20 I called back, then they started ignoring my phone calls. After I realized they were ignoring me, I called from a different phone and they finally picked up. After ignoring all of my calls he finally told me that I just had to call Grubhub customer service if I wanted a refund. Horrible experience, I’ve ordered from different restaurants across the country using Grubhub and other food apps, and this is the only place that gave me an experience like this.

Not bad food but customer service could be improved a lot. Workers could care less about you and seem to dislike working at all and dont lists in which ends up getting orders wrong.

Ordered delivery on seamless two nights in a row. Two nights in row I did not receive any food. Granted the first night was thanksgiving and they might have been closed (although the seamless app said they were open). Decided to give it a try the second night, called the restaurant 30 mins after I placed the order to make sure and a guy assured me that my food will be delivered. An hour and 45 mins after I placed the order and still no food. Had to cancel. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
